
Ary Medina is a registered dietitian who specializes in medical nutrition therapy. She received a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2017. As an NCAA Division I student-athlete, Ary helped the Swimming and Diving team win the Mountain West Championship in 2016. She was also part of Mexico’s Swimming National Team in 2010 for Central American Games, as well as in 2011 and 2015 for Pan-American Games.
Ary’s philosophy is based on the optimization of health, athletic performance and longevity through individualized nutrition and hydration plans specifically designed for training and recovery periods. In addition, she emphasizes on the importance of maximized fueling strategies before game days.
In her free time, she enjoys a variety of outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, and surfing. She will be graduating with a master’s degree in Nutrition Sciences coming summer 2022.
